Three clinical-grade tests, one visit

DEXA Body Scan
A quick scan that gives you the clearest picture of your body you will ever get, separating fat, muscle, and bone density region by region. The gold standard for body composition, now available in Cairo.

VO₂ Max Test
VO₂ Max reads your cardiovascular engine, the true measure of your heart and lung fitness and the single strongest predictor of how long and how well you will live. We measure it directly, not from a watch.

RMR Metabolic Test
RMR reveals your metabolic speed, the calories your body burns at rest, so you can stop dieting in the dark. Resting metabolism is about 70% of the energy you use each day, measured not estimated.

Built for every body and goal
Lose the fat.
Keep the muscle.
The scale dropped. But which pounds did you lose?
- The scale blends fat and muscle into a single figure. A DEXA scan pulls them apart, down to the pound.
- On a GLP-1, roughly 1 in 3 pounds lost can be lean mass. You will see exactly where yours is going.
- Smart scales miss body fat by 8 to 15%. A DEXA scan is the clinical gold standard.
Six months on, you will know whether you shed the right weight, not simply less of it.
Train with precision.
Prove it paid off.
Close enough leaves progress on the table. See your real margins.
- VO₂ Max caps your output. Your watch guesses at it. We measure it.
- Lean mass comes back split by arm, leg, and trunk, detail no scale or band can reach.
- RMR reveals what you burn at rest, so you fuel the work from numbers, not hunches.
Six months on, you will know whether the work built muscle or just moved the scale.
Your body is changing.
See what is behind it.
The shifts that matter most stay hidden from view.
- Menopause drives fat inward, toward the organs. The mirror never shows it. A DEXA scan records it.
- Bone loss speeds up around menopause. An 8-minute scan gives you a number to act on.
- Metabolism slows through perimenopause. An RMR test tells you by how much.
You stop wondering whether it is hormones or habits, and start seeing which.
Hold your strength.
Keep your edge.
The numbers behind how well you hold up past 40.
- You lose 3 to 8% of lean mass each decade after 30. A DEXA scan tracks it region by region, so you know what to protect.
- Visceral fat hides deep around the organs, beyond anything the mirror shows. A DEXA scan measures it directly.
- VO₂ Max and resting metabolism shape how you train and how you eat. Both measured directly, not pulled from a watch.
At 50 you will know exactly what you held onto, and what it took.
Longevity starts
with one number.
Wearables catch the signal. We measure the body underneath it.
- Visceral fat is linked to cardiovascular risk, and BMI is blind to it. A DEXA scan reports it in pounds.
- In 122,007 adults, VO₂ Max predicted mortality more closely than smoking or diabetes (Mandsager et al., JAMA 2018).
- Every retest compares you against your own history, so the trend sharpens visit by visit.
In five years you will own a trend line, not a vague memory of how you used to feel.
No goal yet?
Begin with a baseline.
One scan, and the guesswork about your body ends.
- No goal required. One baseline makes every decision that follows clearer.
- A routine checkup leaves gaps. We fill them with numbers your doctor can use.
- Begin here. Training, nutrition, and goals click into place once the baseline exists.
You will have a starting line, not a guess about where you stand.

- 2
Avoid exercise or other vigorous activity on the day of your scan, and stay well-hydrated.

You'll be asked to empty your pockets and remove metal items like watches, belts, glasses, and jewelry.
- 5
Avoid calcium supplements in the 24 hours prior to the scan, this includes multivitamins as well as antacids such as TUMS.
- 6
No gastrointestinal contrast, barium, other contrast mediums, or radionuclides within 48 hours of your appointment.

During the scan you'll relax on an open-air DEXA table.
